These terms cover using this website. Your custom cake order is covered by the details and price we agree on with you directly.
Using this site
By using this website you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site. The site is run by Renata Café & Pastries, 163 Beale St, Quincy, Massachusetts.
Menu and prices
Our menu shows prices from our in-shop menu. Prices and items can change, things sell out, and some items are seasonal. The price at the counter is the one that counts.
Custom cake requests
The cake order ticket helps you write a request. It isn’t an order, and nothing is booked until Renata confirms the details and price with you directly.
Photos on this site show cakes we’ve made before. Every custom cake is handmade, so yours will be similar, not identical.
Allergens
Our kitchen uses wheat, milk, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts (like pistachio and hazelnut) and other common allergens. We can’t promise any item is free of them. Please tell us about allergies before you order, and ask us if you’re not sure what’s in something.
Photos and content
The photos, text, logo and cake designs on this site belong to Renata Café & Pastries. Please don’t copy or reuse them without asking us first. Sharing a link to the site is always welcome.
Accuracy
We try to keep this site accurate and up to date, but it’s provided “as is.” We aren’t responsible for mistakes on the site or for losses from relying on it. For anything important, like your order or hours on a holiday, call us.
Other websites
Links to other sites, like Google Maps, Instagram and TikTok, are there for convenience. We don’t control those sites.
